  • The research was survey, where the researcher did observation in collecting, noting, and analyzing data in PT. BRI (Persero) Sidoarjo Office branch titled: “The Influence of Satisfaction Factor to the Employee Satisfaction of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch”. The research aimed to find out the satisfaction factors consisted of salary, work, promotion, monitoring, and work-partner at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch. Second, to find out the satisfaction work level of employee in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch. The third, to find out satisfaction factor consisted of salary, work, promotion, monitoring and work-partner influenced significantly to the employee’s work satisfaction. Fourth, to find out the satisfaction factor consisted of salary, work, promotion, monitoring, and work-partner influenced much to the employee satisfaction of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch Analytical tool used in this research was scale and multiple linear regression. Satisfaction factor to the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch consisted to the work itself, salary, promotional chance, monitoring, and work-partner were included into good category. The result proved that the work-satisfaction factor to the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch could support the employee in fulfilling assignment given to the employee. Employee work satisfaction of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch included into high category. The result could prove that in working, the employee owed high work-satisfaction, so that they should be able to work as the existed procedure. The F test proved that in simoultaneous way the salary factor, work itself, promotion chance, monitoring, and work-partner owed significant factor to the work-satisfaction in employee of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Office Branch. The work factor itself has stronger influence than the other factor. Some advice could be stated to the company was the company hoped to pay attention to the satisfaction factor given to the employee, so that it would give optimum support to the employee in working in the company. The company was hoped to keep the other satisfaction factor given to the employee, which were keeping salary or position and facility as the achievement reached by the employee.
