  • This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees. The hypothesis is there a connection between Organizational Climate with employee OCB. Penwlitian was conducted on May 30 to June 4, 2007. Subjects were employees of PT. Jati Mas Indonesia totaling 78 people. Sampling techniques used in this study is total sampling technique. This study used two scales as instruments used to collect data. Scale include: (1) Organizational Climate Scale, (2) Scale Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Index validity of (1) Organizational Climate Scale is 0261 s / d 0906, (2) Scale Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a 0334 s / d 0904. Methods of data analysis used in this study are product moment analysis technique. The results showed a significant correlation (sig / p = 0.000) between Organizational Climate with employee OCB. This means more conducive climate within an enterprise organization will be followed by high employee OCB. The hypothesis of this research is received with a value of r = 0788. Effective contribution of organizational climate to OCB employees by 62%, and 38% were influenced by other variables not studied.
