- This research is a case study on public sector organizations with the title "Performance Measurement Project Roads and Bridges gandong II In Magetan Public Works Department." The purpose of this study was to assess the performance of road and bridge construction projects gandong II at the Public Works Department Magetan the past two years (2005-2006). The tools used to analyze existing data in this study was value for maney which consists of measuring the economy, efficiency and effectiveness. From the results of research conducted, it can be concluded from the economic analysis that the performance of road and bridge construction projects gandong II is economical. For the analysis of efficiency, the result that the road and bridge construction projects gandong II is efficiently used where actual expenditures do not exceed the budget. As for the analysis of effectiveness, that the road and bridge construction projects gandong II have been effective this can be seen from the achievement of the goals of the project. From the analysis value for maney, it can be concluded that the performance of construction projects and bridge jalabn gandong II at the Public Works Department has been good because Magetan district has complied with all aspects of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the above conclusions the authors suggest in the Department of Public Pekejaan. We recommend that the Public Works Department budget that sets the standard measurement is made by considering the characteristics of organizations in the Department of Public Works Magetan.
