From this research we can conclude that the employee was experiencing UPTD Terminal Arjosari job stress. Inability to adapt to working conditions, organizational climate, and also between the company and family demands make the subject experiencing job stress. Efforts made by them most is not the Emotion Focused Coping and Problem Focused Coping.
