- Dynamic Changes in economic conditions and social causes of behavior and customer attitudes are also changing. To obtain a loyal customer, companies need to know whether the strategy has been successfully implemented, and apasajakah that has been achieved in the previous year. To know that there should be a measurement, the measurement of performance. Corporate performance is a reflection of the company's results of operations and condition, results of operations of the companies analyzed, where the results will show the company's management during the period of performance analysis will be done. While performance measurement is an act of measurement carried out on various activities in the value chain exist in the company. This research is descriptive research is research that aims to affirm and to be able to explain the characteristics of the studied variables on a condition. Methods of data collection was done by interview (interview) and documentation. Analysis of the data used is from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard model and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The results showed that based on the results, with the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard performance I Malang Rainbow Hotel as a whole can be said good value. While based on the model of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) showed that the performance of companies that more priority is performance based learning and growth perspective, because it has the highest priority value than others. Subsequently followed by a performance based on internal business process perspective, the performance based on the customer perspective, and the last performance based on the financial perspective with the lowest priority value.
