- Backgrounds. Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in young children world wide. In Indonesia, ARI has first ranks in the number of outpatients and causes the most deaths approximately 5 per 1000 infants. Regency of Jombang is includes most areas has ARI. According to the Local Health Department, every year in the Health Center is always in top three most diseases. Local Governments try to maximize immunizations coverage in Universal Childhood Immunizations (UCI) because for the year 2008 only reached 28.43%, so the initial allegations of ARI cases are caused by these children did not get complete immunizations. Purpose. To determine the profile of Acute Respiratory Infections on the children aged 35 years between complete and incomplete immunizations status. Research of Methodology. Research design was descriptive observational. Samples taken atpurposive sampling of 62 children. Data collected by the secondary data in the form of medical record and KMS period January 1December 31, 2008 at Hospitalized Pediatric Room Installation General Hospital Regency of Jombang. Results. From 62 children, 70.97% did not get complete immunizations, age most children are 5 years old (37.10%) with incomplete immunization status, and most are cured as long as 3 days (33.87%) in children with incomplete immunizations. . Conclusions. From 62 ARI patients aged 35 years old, indescribable 70.97% had not received complete immunizations, and with complete immunizations status are 29.03%. Old healed for children with incomplete immunizations status are longer than the complete immunizations status.
