- Patients suggestion. Suggestion patient is an accepted belief insistence patients without careful consideration and influence the psychological processes (Thoughts, feelings, and wishes) for patients undergoing treatment at home ill. Quality of care when hospitalization is one important factor that further consideration or reason patients treatment at a hospital. Therefore, this study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between the perception of quality patient care with the suggestion. In this research, there are two variables, perceived quality service and level of suggestibility. Perceptions of service quality is an assessment of the patient the quality of services received during treatment in hospital. While the level of suggestibility is the size of the belief that received by a person without deep consideration and influence the process psychosis (thoughts, feelings, and wishes), so that follow and do what as it is suggested to him. This study is a population that included 80 research subjects in a private hospital in the district Kepanjen Malang regency. The instrument uses two-scale data collection psychology, namely (1) scale of perceived quality of service, and (2) scale suggestions developed using Likert-scale model. From the results of the try outs item validity index obtained for the perception of service quality scale ranges between 0.193 to 0.627 and 0.904 while the scale reliability for the validity of the scale suggestions ranged from 0.236 to 0.675 and 0.861 scale reliability. The technique analysis is a technique used product moment correlation coefficient analysis. The results obtained correlation coefficient analysis (r) of 0.134 and p = 0.236. This means there is no significant positive relationship between perception quality of service with the suggestion.
