- Job safety and healthy are very importan in industry, because when they work accident experience. That individu can’t optimalize knowledge their have. So, that individu can’t be haightly in their achievement. Work achievement is work crop which were obtained by someone to do their duty and responsible for whic overed to him with good kwalitas and kwantitas job. The employer role to deflected themself from work accident by showing good behavior in safety and healthy. The attitude in safety and healthy work are basic trend someone to be in action a consistent manner inclination in avoiding and antisipating the work accident or illness because of work. Variable in research are free variable and fixed, where the attitude for job safety and healthy as free variable and work prestation as fixed variable. The population of this research are all of the employer PT. Rajawali I Unit PG. Krebet Baru malang production staff. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, where there are 70 people as the sample. The goal of this research are showing the positif relationship and very significant between safety and healthy work attitude and the employers achivement with coefficient correlation value (r) = 0,840 and error probability (p) = 0,000. the means the employers who has positif safety and healthy work attitude this also found high work achievement, even so. While safety and healthy work attitude gave effective contribution to the work achievement 70,6 %, and the rest 29,4 % come from the other variable which.
