- Company Expanse can be conducted good in the form of internal expanse and external expanse. Research type which was writer do is research of case study in the meaning that conclusion pursuant to formula and target only can be applied for object the research that is company conducting and merger of acquisition year 2002, with title Research :" The Analysis of Difference Of Monetary Performance Before And After Merger And of acquisition " ( study at manufacturing business conducting and merger of acquisition noted at BEJ)". At this research of research type target is to know difference of monetary performance between before and after and merger of acquisition at manufacturing business conducting and merger of acquisition. Pursuant to analysis result can know there are difference of monetary performance before and after doing and merger of acquisition at PT. Aqua of Golden Misisipi, Tbk. ( AQUA). From the result hence can know that at ratio of CR, NPM, OPM, ITO and bigger TATTOO if compared to before conducting and merger of acquisition, while at ratio of DER, GPM and of ROE can know bigger before doing and merger of acquisition. Analysis result can know by difference of monetary performance at PT Ades Water Indonesia, Tbk. ( ADES) after and before conducting and merger of acquisition, where from the result can prove that at ratio of CR, DER, OPM, ITO and bigger TATO if compared to before conducting and merger of acquisition, while at ratio of GPM, NPM, ROE and TATO can know bigger before conducting and merger of acquisition. Pursuant to calculation result can know by difference of monetary performance of PT. International Medco Energi, Tbk ( MEDC) after and before conducting and merger of acquisition, where from the result can prove that at ratio of CR, DER, GPM and of OPM bigger if compared to before conducting and merger of acquisition, while at ratio of NPM, ROE, ITO and TATO can know bigger before doing and merger of acquisition. Result of different test analysis can know by there are difference which isn't it performance after and before doing and merger of acquisition.
