- Purpose of this research is first, to know significant influence between itself workers, salary or incentives, promotion, supervision and kolega job(activity. To job satisfaction of employee PT, Kones Taeya Industry Bekasi. Second, to know strongest factor had an effect on to job satisfaction of employee part of produce of PT. Kones Taeya Industry Bekasi. As for research usefulness which wish to be reached especially for company serve the purpose of benchmark for company in the effort increasing employee work productivity. Analyzer applied in this research is by using doubled scale spread and linear regression. Based on result of calculation average of work variable scale spread, salary or fee, promotion, supervision, kolega admission job(activity in categorizing is good and level of satisfaction of admission employee in categorizing satisfied. Test result in simultan and parsial can prove that itself work, salary or intensive, promotion, supervision, and kolega job(activity has influence which signifikan to job satisfaction of employee PT. Kones Taeya Industry. From result of proven regression coefficient that vareabel salary or fee has dominant influence to job satisfaction of employee PT. kones Taeya Industri. Some suggestions which can be submitted for company that is expected the side of company in specifies number of salaries given to the employees as according to standard and living cost of the employees and by virtue of regulation which has been specified government, besides level of job(activity responsibility and year of service is expected to become consideration of company in specifying level of salary or fee. In specifying policy which will be done expected company always performs coordination with the its(the employees, the thing for avoids dissatisfaction from the side of employee and or from company. Company expected in doing justice to activity of the employees always considers ability of the employees. The step is done that the employees is not experiences work load which always height which causes taste can don't like to work which finalized must.
