- Rubbish has become a big problem recently as long as the increasing of population in indonesia. Further more it coused the rubbish overload in centre for rubbish dumping, on the otherhand cityzen reject their area become rubbish dumping. Some rubbish case such in bandung, bantar gebang, leuwigajah. Which has killed more than 140 people had proofed that rubbish must be managed well before it become worse. Protokol kyoto stated that we can use rubbish for further function in our real life such as the sources of gas fuel or carbon diokside emition. The objective ofthe study is to gain the different data bettwen night and noon on the landfill gas production, the data taken in dumping rubbish centre supit urang of malang city. The proces of gaining data started by studying teory and than inserting the 3 meter pipe with diameter 2 inci in the three rubbish point. Small stone is putted around pipe to filter and help the gas to the PVC pipe. to catch the gas we put the plastic in the top of the pipe every 12 hour and we analyze the data by varian methode to know the different sample betwen night and noon. The congclussion of study shows that landfill gas in the night is more than landfill gas wich is taken in the afternoon.
