- Rice is a food material. This food material is the major food for most of Indonesian people. Rice is one farm commodity which produce carbohydrate, there's no doubt to consume it for our society. Besides, rice is one food material which has good and strong nutrient for human body, since there's ingredients which is easy to change into energy. U.D. Putra Temu Rejeki is the largest commercial company in Poncokusumo sub-district which oriented on development. Along the development of technology, the company get forward. One of their successful factor because of the un-tight commitment. The progress is caused by the rice is a primary needs, consumed by most of all Indonesian village. Statement of problem in the research were : (1) How much received by UD Temu Rejeki, including income and expenditure between "Poles Medium" rice and "Poles Super" rice ; (3) How much the efficiency of rice mill between 'poles supermedium" with "Poles Super" rice at UD Temu Rejeki; This research aimed to : (1) understanding cost, income, and revenue between "poles medium" rice and "super poles medium" rice ; (2) finding out the difference between cost, income and revenue from both kinds ; (3) finding out efficiency in the commerce. The benefit of the research were : (1) to apply theory from the campus and fit it with field condition ; (2) for entrepreneur, the research could be applied so that the business could be more efficient, whether in cost, income, and revenue. The location was chosen purposively, it was in Poncokusumo with data collection by primary data. Respondents were also chosen by purposive sampling. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, where the data collected from direct observation, according to the field data, so that there was clear description about hulling between "poles medium" rice with "poles super" rice by flowchart. To find the average different between "poles medium" rice with "poles super", the researcher used z-test. To find out cost, income, revenue, and efficiency, the researcher used cost analysis, income, revenue, and efficiency. From the research of "poles medium" rice, there could be found that average cost per production was Rp 64.851.956,- with income per production was Rp 70.780.618,- ; per production income was Rp 5.928.662,- with R/C ratio 1.091, means that each cost would get the multiple 1.091. So if the rice hull used Rp 1.000.000,- for cost, the owner would get Rp 1.091.000 revenue. It means that the rice hull at UD PUTRA TEMU REJEKI needs to be developed since R/C ratio was larger than one, so the business could be said efficient. In "Super poles" rice research, there was per production average cost Rp 19.798.853,-; average income per production was Rp 1.922.199,- with 1.097 R/C ratio means that every 1 cost, would get 1.097 in multiple. So, if the owner used Rp 1.000.000,- cost, the owner would get Rp 1.097.000,- income. It means that UD PUTRA TEMU REJEKI rice hull should be defended since the R/C ratio was larger than 1. This business could be concluded as efficient business. According to the different average test between "poles medium" rice with "poles super" rice among cost, income, and revenue, so there could be concluded that Z count cost 24.04 > z table 1.96. In different average test between Z count 23.70 > Z table 1.96. While the average income different test, Z count > Z table which means that between cost, income and revenue of "poles medium" rice with "poles super" rice has significant difference. From the research between "poles medium" rice with "poles super" rice, could be concluded that both of them efficient to be developed and worth tried for. Beside, in average test, there was significant different between cost, income, and revenue between "poles medium" rice and "poles super" rice.
