Malang with title &#x201C;Influence Quality of Product To Satisfaction Cutomer of Hand Phone Brand of Nokia" (case study at Countryside society of Permanu District Of Pakisaji Malang Sub-Province of consumer of brand hand phone of Nokia)". &#xD; Target of this research that is to know influence between variables of quality of product to satisfaction of customer in using brand hand phone of Nokia and to know variable such from quality of most having an effect on product to satisfaction of customer in using brand hand phone of Nokia. Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been conducted by hence can be pulled by the following conclusion: variable of quality of product covering variable of performance (performance) (X1), features (marking or idiosyncrasy of addition) (X2), reliability (X3), conformance (as according to specification) (X4), durability (endurance) (X5), serviceability ( X6), esthetics (X7), quality of which is perception (perceived of quality) (X8) either through and simultaneous of partial have an effect on significant to satisfaction of customer. At esthetics variable have dominant influence to satisfaction of customer.&#xD; After studying, analyzing and concluding from result of research which have been conducted, hence raised some suggestion that is as follows: expected to company to always to improve satisfaction of consumer that is passing the make-up of to the quality of product which on the market, especially regarding form physically which directly can enjoy by consumer. Real step able to be conducted that is by multiply form of casing immeasurable so that and product type which on the market so that give amenity to consumer to chosen product as according to desire of consumer. Giving post service guarantee sell, that is by giving amenity to consumer to get spare part and to the number of formal outlet so that water down consumer in the event of problems of hand phone had.
