Therefore, it still any difficulties in its usage and it requires more time. It is also ineffective for entrepreneurs who need orange extract with plenty of result. To facilitate in solving the problem above, hence, the writer means to design an appliance and presents it into thesis entitled “The Design of Squeezing Orange Machine”.
Tool or squeezing orange machine is designed by huge capacities using roll system as its squeezer and its work is not manually anymore, but moved by electromotor. Its energy is transmitted by electromotor through belt and turn the gear around that the function is to turn the squeezer around in counter clockwise direction. The squeezing happened.
The capacities from calculation is 179 kg/hour, by diameter of squeezer roller is 75 mm and length 400 mm.
