- This Research represent Field of Research that is research of field at On Duty Earnings Of Area of Kab. Pacitan with title " Role Of Iease Area And Retribution Area To Storey;Level Revenue Of Genuiness Area Before And After Gone into effect Autonomy Area in Kab. Pacitan, East Java". Target of this research is to know how big Iease contribution and area retribution to Earnings of Genuiness Area at a period of before and after area autonomy what is there are difference which is signifikan and what is autonomous system of effective area applied. In this research of writer take three hypothesis that is Iease contribution and area retribution to Earnings of Genuiness Area will be downhill after autonomy, growth of retribution and Iease will be downhill after autonomy, and less effective it him autonomous system of area. Analyzer used to know how big Iease contribution and area retribution use Analysis Contribution. To know ratio growth of area retribution and Iease use Analysis of is Percentage of, and to know effectiveness storey;level use Ratio of Efektifitas. Result of calculation with Analysis Contribution known that area Iease contribution before autonomy 17,91 % every year Retribution Area is 45,87 % every year. After Iease contribution autonomy is 18,28 % and retribution is 24,43 % every year. Result of Analysis of is Percentage of, growth of Iease before autonomy 4,09 % every year retribution and year equal to 2,65 % every year, and growth of area Iease after autonomy is 2,17 %, area retribution 2,67 % every year. While Ratio Analysis of Efektifitas yield 103,33 % every year to a period of before area autonomy and 102,46 % every year after area autonomy. From result of the analysis as according to used measuring rod hence can know that area Iease contribution after higher area autonomy from a period of before area autonomy, but area retribution contribution after lower area autonomy from a period of before area autonomy. Ratio Growth of area Iease before higher autonomy of growth of Iease after autonomy, but growth of area retribution after higher autonomy than a period of before autonomy. And a period of before area autonomy more effective if compared to at a period of after area autonomy.
