- This research is research of case study entitling “Analysis Performance By Using Performance By Using Approach Of Balanced Scorecard (Case Study At Co-Operation "SAE" Pujon, Malang). This research target is to know co-operation performance seen from analysis of Balanced Scorecard what is co-operation performance have good or not yet, been seen from monetary aspect and non finance. Analyzer used to know milk co-operation performance "SAE" is by using Balanced Scorecard. Analyze Balanced Scorecard consist of four perspective that is for example: monetary perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, ad for study and growth of Result of calculation with Balanced Scorecard at perspective of finance of customer perspective, internal business perspective, ad for natural growth and study of degradation of years of after. From analysis that used is this matter scorecard balanced is caused by price of eat high livestock, where farmer unable to buy him so that the amount of yielded milks in each natural ox of degradation. This matter cause degradation at existing in perspective in scorecard balanced. Pursuant to above conclusion, Writer of implication can that co-operation better milk “SAE” giving capital to all farmers so that can give capital to all farmers so that can improve the quality of milk.
