- This research represent research of survey with title " Influence Of Training To Labour Capacity Employees in Hotel Royal Orchids Garden”. Target of this research is to know execution of training to employees labour capacity Hotel Royal Orchids Garden. Population in this research is all employees which remain to have followed worn-out which amount to 145 employees people. Sampel the taken is 30% from 145 people that is 36 divided employees people into 9 part of department, where way of its intake use sampling random proporsioal. used analysis that is spanning and scale of regresi linear modestly, test hypothesis the used is to use test t. Result of analysis show totally of score mean for the variable of training (X) 107 which included in good category. Totalize labour capacity score mean (Y) equal to 110 which included in assessment of goodness. Training have influence which is employees labour capacity to signifikan. Hotel Royal Orchids Garden This matter is proved by result of calculation of obtained by simple regresi of equation of Y1 = 7,405+0,637X1. Result of calculation of R2 equal to 0,975, is and also supported with result of test of t yielding value of t-test equel to 11,481 bigger than t-table equal to 2,021 ( for test two sides).
