- It is a research with title “Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. PJB. UP. Brantas Karangkates”. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of employees’ motivation of PT. PJB. UP. Brantas Karangkates on working achievement. The population of this research is all of the employees of PJB in the administration department and human resources department. The total of the population is 30 employees. The taken sample is the total of all population because the total sample is less than 100. It is why the sample must be taken thoroughly. This research is called population research because the method that is used is random sampling method. This analysis that is used is scale range and simple linier regresi. Hypothesis test that is used in this research is t-test. The result of this analysis showed that the score rate for motivation variable (X) is 92 which is considered as high category. The total rate score for working achievement (Y) is 95 is considered as high grading. Based on the result of this analysis, it is known that motivation has a significant effect on the employees’ working achievement in the administration department and human resources department of PT. PJB. UP. Brantas Karangkates. It is proved by the result of simple regresi Y=0,210+ 0,224x1, + 0,236x2 + 0,194x3, + 0,209x4, + 0,180x5 e . The result of the counting of R2 is 0,771 and it is supported by t-test result which is 2,250 and it is categorized bigger than table t which is 2,064.
