  • The research this type are descriptive research. Descriptive research, that is research conducted by at study rate or level and analysis solely wish to lay open a situation and symptom as it is. As for title of this research is " ANALYSIS FORMULATION OF STRATEGY MIXED MARKETING AT HAPPY MOTORCYCLE OF MALANG ”. The meaning of this research are intention is to know a correct marketing mixed strategy to Happy Motorcycle so that the company can have and run policys of the strategy to win emulation of market with motorbike industry of a kind. In this research, the writer do take action early with analysing the condition of internal factor and factor of eksternal of Happy Motorcycle Malang company. As for in this research, indicator of internal factor of company that is for example is product, price, promotion and distribution. While indicator of factor of eksternal company cover economics, governmental, demography, technological and competitor. Analysis appliance the used is method of SWOT constructively matrix of IFE to analyse internal condition of matrix and company of EFE to analyse the eksternal condition of company. After analyse to internal condition and eksternal hence there are value deliberated by which is yielded from every matrix that is IFE matrik with value deliberated equal to 2,65 and EFE matrik equal to 2, 60, that its meaning of company respon to both this condition is above average. All sort of internal condition and eksternal is then determined by factor which can become opportunity, threat, strength and also weakness of Happy Motorcycle company to input into matrix of SWOT to be processed to become more competent strategys applied by Happy Motorcycle Its result is that company of Happy Motorcycle Malang have to execute strategic policy by applying penetrating strategy of market so that to be remain to eksis and also follow to participate in progress to industry of otomotif specially motorcycle in regional of Malang City.
