- A business development supported by high technology and information system makes a lot of competence. To cope it, a company had to more effective and efficient to optimalize return. Information resources used by management to know financial condition with financial report. This research use PT. Gudang Garam Tbk as object in 2001-2007. The research’s point is know the financial effectivity in 2001-2007 with financial ratio analysis. The analyzer are liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio, and market ratio. The analysis result shown from company liquidity ratio is good enough, because the ratio getting rise. The solvability ratio is good enough, shows that company still fulfil its long term obigation relating with fixed expense. Activity ratio is low. And profitability ratio is also good enough. And market ratio is good, the reason is, the investor retake the return to company again. From the explanation above, the writer imply that the company should be more effective to manage the stock, more flexible to take regulation in account receivable and rising sale program with exact price in efficiency expense.
