- Planning of process of the valve awning motorcycle Suzuki New Shogun by using program of Mastercam v9 have purpose to get sequence process correct workmanship so that get estimate time of the duration the process of mould of handle handsaw and NC program which later to transfer onto millingmachine CNC. Materials which used in making of mould of handle handsaw is aluminium with dimension 80 mm x 60 mm x 15 mm and for the tools which is used in this process is HSS ( High Speed Steels ). From result of planning by using program of Mastercam v9 got sequence to process for workmanship of equiamplitude surface valve awning 1 (upper part) it is : 1. Surface Rough Paralel 2. Suface Finish Constant Scallop 3. Contour (2D) 4. Simple Drill, for workmanship of valve awning at equiamplitude surface 2 (lower part) : 1. Pocket (Standard), 2. Contour. As for old time of all workmanship was 5 hours 41 minutes 32 seconds.
