The working satisfaction is felt related with employee attitude toward their work. If the employee feels the satisfaction then their attitude in work can be seen, such as absenteeism, working manner, etc. so the leader able to take appropriate steps in motivating employee and prevent the bad attitudes.&#xD; This research is survey research, where the researcher makes observation in data collection that is done at. UD. Mitra Jaya Stell of Pamekasan, Madura, at Jl. Raya Sumenep No. 32 Phone (0324) 7716262, Madura, East Java with title &#x201C; The Influence of Motivation Toward Employee Satisfaction of Distribution Section at UD. Mitra Jaya Stell, Pamekasan, Madura&#x201D;&#xD; The research aimed at knowing the motivation that consist of motivator and hygiene factors and the employee satisfaction at distribution section of UD. Mitra Jaya Stell Pamekasan Madura. Knowing the motivation that consist of motivator and hygiene factors influence significantly toward the employee satisfaction of distribution section at UD. Mitra Jaya Stell Pamekasan Madura.&#xD; Data analysis method in the research by using scale distance and multiple linear regression. Based the motivator factors calculation that given by company so far included in high category and hygiene factor that given by company so far included in good category. The scale distance calculation proved that the employee satisfaction so far included in satisfied category. Based the multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that motivator and hygiene factors simultaneously influence significantly toward the employee satisfaction of UD. Mitra Jaya Stell Pamekasan Madura and hygiene factor influence greater toward the employee satisfaction of distribution section at UD. Mitra Jaya Stell Pamekasan Madura&#xD; The proposes suggestion, the company in giving task for the employee should give supervision so the employee have responsibility toward their work. It is expected, the company involved in controlling work condition in the company.
