- Criminal case done by coorporation specially on environment pollution case often has greater impact. This case happen in East Java Province very often about 32 cases. The weak of knowledge of human resources as the main cause of this case, such as police oficer and society. This research try to analisze the investigation process about criminal case done by coorporation mention above at Regional Police Officer in East Java Province (Polda Jatim). The second, try to find some problem found by investigator during investigation process and to find the way how they handle those problems. Based on the research, investigation process of corporation as an actor in Polda Jatim has been done due to investigation processes criminal case done by coorporation specially on environmend pollution case include receiving a report or complaint, ask for a description and evidence, witness interrogation, suspect determination, subpoena and introgation of criminal case done by coorporation specially on environmend pollution case, which is done by the investigator explained above have been arranged in investigator authorization based on Article 40 Point (2) the Law Number 23 Year 1997 about Ecological Environment jo Article 1 sub-section 2 KUHAP (Criminal Code), especially it is based on Article 7 sub-section (1) KUHAP (Criminal Code). Because Indonesia does not have specially Law on this matter. In order to find the one who responsible criminally, the investigator apply Article 46 Point (3) and (4) the Law Number 23 Year 1997 abaut Ecological Environment.
