- This research represent a quantitative descriptive research which take regional scope in Province East Java with title " INFLUENCE OF INVESMENT (PMDN and PMA) AND LABOUR TO DOMESTIC PRODUCT of REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) IN PROVINCE of JAWA EAST YEAR 1995 - 2005". This objectives of this research are to know picture influence of invesment especially invesment of Foreign cultivation capiital (PMA) and Cultivation Of Domestic Capital (PMDN) and energy of laour of Domestic Product Regional Bruto (PDRB) and to know are there have signifikan impact between invesment (PMDN and of PMA), and labour of PDRB in Province East Java. Data used this research represent of secondary data series time steming from Statistical Body Center and Bank of indonesia (BI) year 1995 up to year 2005. Datas which is this research in the form of Invesment data (PMDN and of PMA), and labour of PDRB. To analyzer that used to see influence of invesment (PMDN and of PMA), and labour of PDRB by using equation of Coob Douglas th Y = A K L , if made by doubled linier regresi of LN_Y = LN_A + LN_K + LN_L. The equation later; then take logarithm function of natural ( ln / LN), the following LN_ Y = LN_ 0 + 1 LN_ X1 + 2 LN_ X3, LN_Y - 56,121 + 0,172 LN_ X1 + , 196 LN_X2 + 0,879 LN_X3 with free variable that is invesment ( PMDN and of PMA) ( LN_X1 and of LN_X2) and labour ( LN_X3) while related/relevant variable that is PDRB ( LN_Y). size used to determine that the variables have a signifikanefffect to demand of PDRB thisif t > t, hence refusing hypothesizing zero and accept alternative hypothesizing. In result of analysis obtained that range of time 1995 - 2005 know by invesment ( PMDN and of PMA) and labour have an effect on signifikan to PDRB. This Result from R2 equal to 94,0% its meaning of invesment (PMDN and of PMA) and labour can know PDRB equal to 94,0% while rest of equle to 6,0% explained outside model. And seen from 2 - sig tail, invesment (PMDN and of PMA) and labour of show signifikan because less than 5%. See the height of Invesment s influence (PMDN and of PMA) and labour to PDRB hence local government shall more is emphasizing all sector of product ncrease, make-up of labour to avoid the bigly of peopele s that haven t job and more drawing investor in and overseas to inculcate capital especially in Province East Java so that can improve growth of economics.
