Peculiarity that appears in the use of words or phrases in speech to persuade or influence the
prospective passenger. Type the word and sentence if the review is based on the situation, including regional variations of unofficial or relaxed and including the form of words or sentences are not standardized. Even so that passengers understand what is meant by these brokers. The language used by all brokers are referred to as language brokers. The particular language that touts the background investigators to conduct this research. Language brokers in Terminal Arjosari Malang can be reviewed from the aspect (1) diction, and (2) patterns of speech components. The second aspect is the main problem in this research. From the analysis results are expected to objectively describe the diction and speech patterns of the components used in Terminal Arjosari brokers Malang. The method used is descriptive method Qualitative. This study examines the phenomenon of the use of diction and speech components of the brokers. The data in the study of word, a term which is the variety of language brokers. The data are obtained at random from informants that consists of 5 brokers who hung in Terminal Arjosari Malang. The data is though researchers using data analysis table. The results showed that the review of aspects of diction, brokers seem to use variations (1) the preference: such as Mr., Mrs., Mas, and Sister, (2) perform mixed code like: Come with monggo, monggo with direct budal, lungguh with monggo, monggo with bolt bengi, monggo with not ono Bus, (3) using a word such an invitation: Come, and monggo, (4) perform such shortening: Boyo, Bungur, Boyoseh, Yogya, Linggo, and Nggalek, (5) uses the word seduction (persuasive), such as: last, immediately depart, bolt bengi (trigger night), not ono bus (no bus), empty, ngadek Duwit back (standing money back), lungguh (sitting), ordinary, and ndang budal (fast depart .) While the speech component is the dominant aspect of the participants said (participant).
