- This Research is conducted at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo with title "Influence of Execution of Safety and Health of Activity to Spirit of Activity Employees Part of Production at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo”. Target of this first research to know picture execution of safety and health of activity at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo, second to know level of is spirit of employees activity at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo, third to know what is there is influence between execution of safety and health of employees activity to spirit of employees activity, fourth to know among safety variable and health of most having an effect on activity to variable of is spirit of activity. In this research, writer specify two hypothesis, first hypothesis anticipated that there is influence which is significance between execution of safety and health of activity to spirit of employees activity part of production at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo. While anticipated by second hypothesis of working safety variable more having an effect on to variable of spirit employees activity. Used analyzer in this research that is spanning and scale of regression doubled linear. Pursuant to result of analysis span scale can know that variable execution of working safety obtained by score mean equal to 197 and variable execution of health of activity obtained by score mean equal to 214. Thereby can be concluded that execution of safety and health of activity at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo enter in good category, and variable of spirit activity obtained by score mean equal to 210, thereby can be concluded that spirit of activity at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo enter in high category. In examination by simultan with test of F conclude that F calculates equal to 37,753 larger ones of F of tables equal to 3,136, its meaning variable execution of safety and health of activity by simultan have an effect on significance to level of spirit of employees activity part of production at PT. Sasa Inti Gending of Probolinggo. In result of test of regression doubled linear indicate that variable execution of working safety have value equal to 0,571 and variable health of activity have value equal to 0,461, its meaning variable execution of safety and health of activity both of the same having an effect on to variable of spirit activity. Of conclusion above writer can suggest that company management better more is improving of execution of safety and health of activity.
