- Stress can knock over whosoever not aside from at career woman owning double role, so need management of stress precisely. Strategy of Coping focused by problem / problem coping focused is way to overcome of stress faced direct of existing stressor. With work as insurance agent owning work with job goals which have been determined, is separate challenge for career woman was so that required the nature of shatterproof in face of difficulty and challenge. This matter support theory of Stoltz concerning adversity quotient. Adversity Quotient is effort and ability which was someone had for respon, to facing, and overcoming, and also alter resistance or challenge faced to become a opportunity. Intention of this research is to know relation between adversity quotient with problem focused coping at career woman. This Research population is woman employees which have married in Insurance Bumi Asih Jaya Malang by using totalizing sampling counted 35 people. This research aim to explain relation between research variable pass hypothesis test. Data collecting done by using scale of adversity scale and quotient of problem coping focused by using scale of Likert. Data analysis done with analysis of product moment. Result of correlation analysis of product moment show coefficient value of r equal to 0,441 with value of p = 0,008 expressing that there is positive relation which isn't between adversity quotient with this matter problem focused coping mean that career woman owning adversity quotient the highness she also have problem focused coping the highness also, so also on the contrary if career woman have adversity quotient the lowness hence he haves problem focused coping the lowness also.
