- PT. BPD Jawa Timur Cabang Pamekasan is one of the goverment bank which during the time have given service of banking especially to micro effort is credit area of UKM. One of the matter which so the necessary for bank is determination of decision of giving credit to client. Determination of good decision will very assist bank side in election of debitor. Here is two basic device to solve a problem that is deductive device and inductive device of one system. Deductive device focused at parts of universally and integrated. More knowledgeable or analytic Hierarchy Process with Analitica l Hierarchy Process (AHP) beside join this device in wrought and logical framework also can compile feeling and also logic and intuition in a device which is structured to take a decision. Intention of this research is to determine Wight of each attribute election of debitor and determine formula of debitor candidate. With method of AHP obtained by value of each attribute wight is working capital credit 0.502, invesment credit 0.483, loan < Rp. 10 milion 0.519, loan of Rp. 10 milion – Rp. 50 milion 0.584, loan > 50 milion 0.487, payback 1 year 0.610, payback 2 year 0.545, payback 3 year 0.501, goods and chattels guarantee 0.610, goods idle guarantee 0.449, labors amount 1 – 5 people 0.584, labors amount 5 – 10 people 0.601, labors amount > 10 people 0.562, time effort 1-5 years 0.510, time effort 5 – 10 year 0.538, time effort > 10 year 0.610, profit < Rp. 1 milion 0.605, profit Rp. 1 milion – 5 milion 0.514, profit > 5 milion 0.609, interest 13% 0.611, interest 14% 0.536, interest 15% 0.563.
