- This Research was a case study to Regional Transportation Department of Blitar titled “Evaluation of Internal Control System for Collecting and payment of parking retribution which held by Regional Transportation Department of Blitar, also the work of Regional Transportation Department of Blitar in processing general regional transportation department at Blitar. In internal control research for collecting and payment of parking retribution, the writer used case study method at Regional Transportation Department of Blitar. The case study was a detail research about certain object in certain time deeply and widely including environment and past condition by effective analysis, contribution analysis, and growth analysis. The result was qualitative analysis could prove that Regional Transportation Department of Blitar has done parking retribution collection well and also good internal control. This could minimize the traudulence by related parties at operational activity from Regional Transportation Department of Blitar. According to procedure analysis, notice in retribution collection made the supervising of parking retribution collection possible. The level of general parking retribution has growth in fluctuative way, but there was decreasing at 2004. Where in the previous year and 2004, there was renovation of shop central and parking facility maintenance, which the government work has been better. This could be seen from effective ratio of parking retribution for 107%. According to above discussion, there could be conclude that in the near future, there need a re-discussion of everything about general parking retribution and regional retribution in processing better income, which could decrease regional government dependency to the fund of central and province government.
