- CV. Bumi Ayu firm is concentrated in industry side of chickens husbandry, livestock food, egg place and crops planted, which be able to absorb employment who majority around of CV. Bumi Ayu and from another district in Blitar. These impact are both negative and positive, beside that, it will cause social and economic change in society around. As for this research internal issue formula is: how positive and negative influence based on the bird husbandry of CV. Bumi Ayu to social and economic life for societies in Plosoarang village, and what societies action to faced negative influence by existing CV. Bumi Ayu. Target of this research is to know how positive and negative influence from existing of bird husbandry of CV. Bumi Ayu to social and economic life for societies Plosoarang village, and to know societies action to faced negative influence of existing CV. Bumi Ayu. Technics analyse data in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sampling method used purposive sampling so that could be found 40 people of Plosoarang village who have job in CV. Bumi Ayu or not, and the technics of data collecting in this research is used direct observation, free interview, and documentation such as archieve. Theory framework which is used in this research is Structural Functional Theory by Robert K. Merton and Talcott Parsons, that according to this theory, societies are always put on changing circumstance softly maintain balancing to achieve goal. Some event and every structure, functional to social system. Beside that, all of institution, it is needed by social system. Societies is shown in dynamic condition balancing. The research showed that CV. Bumi Ayu give influence to societies life. Economically may increase societies prosperity, but societies is more consumtive. While the influence to societies social life has interaction relations to be wide part and it happen norm emerging for societies value.
