- Working safety represent important matter in every production process in company, either in take caring which still use the way of traditional and also way of modern. To create safe condition when working required by arranging management about working safety, so that the employees stay in safe circumstance when working. If company own clear working safety management and done better hence the employees earn safety behavior when working. Before employees behave in environment of his/its job, before employees have perception of working safety management which is there are in company. Existence of different perception of each employees about existing working safety management can influence behavior of employees when working, whether employees of safety behavior or is not safety behavior. Thereby the perception own important role to determine employees behavior. Perception about working safety management represent interpretation by employees about working safety management exist in take caring. Safety behavior is behavior of human being in doing activity which have the potency to experience of accident by using protector appliance to minimalize of the happening of accident. This research variable is perception about working safety management as free variable and safety behavior as trussed variable. Population in this research are all employees PT. Ewwe in East Java, while the samples are part of production employees. Sampling technique used by purposive sampling, where the samples amount to 60 peoples. Validity test use formula with correlation product moment procedure from Karl Person. Make an index to validity for the perception scale about working safety management 0,214 - 0,638 and make an index to validity for scale safety behavior is 0,214 - 0,683. Reliability test instrument use Alpha Cronbach technique with Alpha value for the perception scale about working safety management is 0,620 - 0,759 and assess alpha for scale safety behavior 0,646 - 0,700. Result obtained from this research indicate that there is very significant positive relation between perception about working safety management with safety behavior of employees with correlation coefficient value ( r) = 0,551 and probabilities ( p) = 0,000. Employees of PT. Ewwe in East Java have perception of working safety management positively and the employees own high safety behavior. Perception about working safety management give effective contribution to safety behavior equal to 30.4 %, while the rest equal to 69,6 % coming from other dissimilar variable which is not checked.
