- Transportation intercity in province (AKDP) especialy bus for Malang-Jombang have a important in transportation in order to operation according to continues these transportation needs fund to support operational system. Furthermore definition and expensive of transport to play in important part cause both of they caught in convinence and managing a company. Expert desirable still can be reced by society purchasing power beside must still pay attention, convinuance. The otherside BOK component always changing all the time especially at Indonesia economic condition is fluktuatif like these time. These study purpose to evaluate definition in PO Puspa Indah and PO Hasti based on BOK component that use in this time. The method that is used threateming in minister of connection resolution number 89_2002 about mechanism of definition and BOK formula counting transportation with general bus intercity economic class. This study result being getted BOK for PO Puspa indah is Rp.293.649.400kend/tahun or Rp2.428.04/kend/km and for Hasti is Rp276.511.359/kend/tahun or Rp2285,97?kend/km where less expense for PO.Puspa indah is Rp143/pnp/km and definition of expense Rp12,900/pnp and definition for PO.Hasti is Rp 134,71/pnp/km definition of expense is Rp12.200/pnp for rute Malang-Jombang.
