- Land ownership dispute which happened in Pasuruan Residence between Marine Army with Society at Alas Tlogo caused four people died in the incident. The conflict started from 3.569,205 hectare land dispute which came from the history of land mastery which was claimed as Marine Army ownership. The dispute was a continuous conflict since colonial age which was still had no resolution. Agraria reform was not run well, since caused conflict till now. It grew violence case which caused the loss of properties and lifes. The research considered problems as: (1) How was the history of the land ownership and authorities of Alas Tlogo village Lekok Sub-District Pasuruan Residence? (2) what proves owed by the disputed parties? (3) How juridical analysis about the prove of land ownership at Alas Tlogo Village Lekok Sub-District Pasuruan Residence? The research used juridical empiric approach. Data collection technique came from interview with respondent / samples from Marine Army and Alas Tlogo Villagers population and direct observation to the location, that was at The Practice Center of Marine Army – Grati Pasuruan. Then the research analyzed in descriptive way. In field, the writer took two samples of Marine Army and three samples of Alas Tlogo Villagers. The cause factor of land dispute was various violence which was done by Marine Army like shooting, force moving, burning, robbing, etc. There could be concluded that the dispute started in 1960 which hadn’t finished yet. The writer suggest Marine Army to get peaceful solution. The land should be released in formal law and certification should be done by paying attention to the villagers who claimed their rights for the land.
