- In developing a building needed a matured planning, because there are all kinds of activity in it is so that in executor wait so that can at ease and on schedule. To plan the budget, time and good human resource need correctness, in general project will get advantage if schedule can be made in an optimally. And optimal time that is the schedule compiled as short time which is possibly done to finish the project with the smallest budget. And the influence factor are ; finishing time, generalization human resource and curve form - S wanted. At final step got conclusion of finishing time of project that is 261 day / 10 months ( 22 Februari 2006 - 27 December 2006 ) with total budget Rp. 5,409,075,565.68.
