- ABSTRACT Behavior of fisherman society the assumed wrong by using potasium will deal with fisherman society which do not use potasium so that conflict potency menyimpan among both. This matter draw to be checked by at fisherman society in Archipelago Of Countryside of Sapeken, District Of Sapeken, Sub-Province of Sumenep where with the behavior give negative impact to area territorial water of itself. Damage of effect usage of potasium is destroying of rock representing place where fishs multiply. Beside that usage of potasium also result fishs which do not become target catch like small fishs become to follow death because poisoned so that swiftly will result fish become used up. Its Negative impact is usage of chemicals of Potasium is to generate damage of environment. Even if some of fisherman society have owned understanding of danger will from potasium that is fisherman have realized that sea not possible to be taken by its result by using potasium further because fish will quickly used up and environmental become to destroy so that result of fish will tend to downhill progressively so that need the existence of awareness that sea have to be taken care of by its continuity. This Formula research internal issue is: (1) Why fisherman use potasium in catching fish [in] Archipelago Of Countryside of Sapeken, District Of Sapeken, Sub- Province of Sumenep?. (2) How impact of behavior of fisherman use potasium in catching fish [in] Archipelago Of Countryside of Sapeken, District Of Sapeken, Sub- Province of Sumenep?. In this research, writer use descriptive research type in the form of qualitative. Approach qualitative assume that human being is active creature, which have freedom of willingness, its behavioral can only comprehend in its cultural context, and its behavioral do not be relied on law of causality. Technique data collecting the used is interview that is tcara obliging researcher someone perform a direct contact verbally and look in the face with its source and also in situation that intend to be used by for, despitefully also use observation to obtain;get picture of conducted research. Technique analyse data the used is descriptively qualitative namely give picture in such a manner systematically, faktual and also aktual of obtained data in field. From various explained clarification previously can be concluded as follows: (1) behavioral Forms of fisherman utilizing potasium happened because them feel strong motivation to increase fish haul so that in the end will improve life of their economics (2) the behavioral Form wrong damage and in fact have been realized by all just fisherman only because fisherman see there is still interpose opportunity to remain to to utilize potasium. As a result they remain to utilize potasium as medium to catch fish because felt to give advantage (3) Fisherman assume just fair obtain;get result of which is more if catching fish with potasium as according to fund and risk released to catch fish with potasium ( 4) Form damage of effect utilize potasium do not only at condition of ekosistem fisak go out to sea but also affect at change of behavior exist in society effect of emulation.
