- News Dot Com program represents program type of talk show has new format. This program make parody the president and vice president. From statement extended by figure actor and guest star come from newspaper. That statement has target and certain topic. Therefore it’s important to identificate target and statement topic from figure actor of News Dot Com. Because of news and their statement to the government and condition of social politic happened. The objective of this research were: 1. Wish to know message topic and how many times does it performed in News Dot Com program in Metro TV, 2. Wish to know what kind of target and how many times does it performed in News Dot Com program in Metro TV. The method used in this research is contain analysis. By research type of descriptive quantitative. The analysis unit used is scene. Data collecting technique in this research was documentation technique. Measurement unit used was frequency of chategory appearance exist in every scene politic parody program. The target chategory, consist of 3 sub chategories, namely: political figure, government, society, figure actor and guest star. The topic chategory consist of: topic of political will of the government with 3 indicators: news and statement about security, news and statements about political institutions, news and statements about political practice. The disaster topic with 4 indicators namely: news and statement from the victim of disaster, news or statement about disaster and victim of disaster, news and statement about handling of disaster and victim of disaster, news and statement about decision of handling disaster. Topic moral with 6 indicators are: emphaty feeling, apologize, be patient attitude, responsible attitude, help each other and said thank’s. The result of validity test and reliability with code 1,2, where reliability value according to Holsty formula shows : target chategory 81%, coder 2 79% and if calculated use Scoot formula, coder 1 74%, whereas coder 2 0,72%. By the resulting data able to be stated reliable and valid. Chategory topic use Holsty formula coder 1 94%, coder 2 93% and Scoot formula coder 1 84%, coder 2 88%. Conclusion of this research state that target of statement from figure actor of News Dot Com program more in Government indicator. This shows that this program has goal to critic every decision of government, all at once as satire by parody way. Then target also to the society and that target more to appealing. Whereas at chategory topic be dominated by contain of moral message, this shows that in episode on february 11st contain many statement of moral message. Particularly appealing to society and government in handling problem happened. Statement about disaster also emerge particular critic to the government in handling flood disaster and statement about victim of flood disaster.
