- Eka Surya Makmur Company of Plastic is a company which active in making of plastic bag. Amount of production which produced by company progressively mount along with request of consumer increasing. Problem of company is request of fluctuative consumer each every period of production, so that company of difficulty in determining the amount of production. This research conducted to get solution alternative in finishing problems of company, Fuzzy Mamdani method represent one of the assumed method can to do containing analysis system of uncertainty. Scheme of system to get output conducted in phases (a) forming of fuzzy gathering, (b) implication function application, (c) forming fuzzy logic order, (d) coherent (defuzzyfication) with method of centroid. From result of this research can be concluded that plan of amount of fuzzy mamdani method production having compared to smaller production cost of plan produce company version that is, Rp.1727402826.7,- for fuzzy mamdani method and Rp.1785108304,- for company version method. With amount of plastic sack;bag production in January 2008 is 22000 Kg (first week), 21900 Kg (second week), 22000 Kg (week third) , and 30500 Kg (fourth week).
