- This research is the kind of Survey’s research titled “The Influence of Employee’s Welfare Program Implementation to Employee Work’s Enthusiasm at The Kupu Mas Stove Factory Malang”. This research is first to know how the implementations of employee welfare program that may be concerned recently at Kupu Mas stove factory. Secondly, is to know the influence of employee welfare program implementation to the employee work’s enthusiasm. The analysis tool which is applied at the research are span scales analysis and simple linier analysis, whereas the hypothesis test using the F-test. Result of the research shows that implementation of the employee welfare program at the Kupu Mas stove factory is include at good category, from the average score result of implementation of employee welfare (X) is amount 153,71. The work’s enthusiasm of the Kupu Mas stove factory employee is also include at very high category, which obtain at to 180 of variable score value. The Result of simple linier analysis with implementation of employee welfare program (X) as an independent variable and also Work’s enthusiasm as the dependent variable are obtained : Y = 3,580 + 0,496X +e. with the R2 amount 0,718. The result of f-test analysis is obtained F-count amount 127,566 and F-table amount 4,030. This mean that employee welfare program implementation simultaneously give a significant influence towards employee work’s enthusiasm at Kupu Mas stove factory Malang.
