And which one had the dominant value of its. The populations of this research were 40 employee part of production in UD. Figha Magetan. The sampling technique was used total sampling because it used all of population amount. Analyze data tool was scale rating and multiple regression. Hypothesis test was used F test and t test and also regression coefficient to tested influent of compensation to the work satisfaction and the dominant value of its. Based on analyze data results, there were work satisfaction had worth 130 that was very high. The determinant coefficient was 0,487 or 48,7%. It was capability of financial compensation gave influent to the work satisfaction 48,7%. and 51.3% from another. Regression coefficient of direct financial compensation was 0,487 and 0,513 of indirect ones. The dominant value of its was direct financial compensation.
