See the condition, so the researcher will give the alternative problem solving by identified also analyze the internal and external of that UD. Adil Jaya, and competitive profile used SWOT analyzing to form alternative marketing strategy. By SWOT analyze and matrix internal-External so UD. Adil Jaya in growth condition (Growth Strategy), where the good alternative for used by the company that in this position is: Penetrasi Pasar, Pengembangan Produk, Integrasi ke depan and Integrasi ke Belakang. With AHP method, so get the higher value called Strategi Penetrasi Pasar. It hopes UD. Adil Jaya able to use strategy penetrasi pasar by low price and create new product, improve marketing, also able to keep and improve the quality of product.
