- This study started from an interest in research on the many cases of violence in children conducted by the people closest to the victim. However, if they ponder the kids are really just weak creature who should be protected, loved and cared for the education and welfare. Researchers took the title of the background factors Occurrence of Child Maltreatment (Child Abuse) Had Done Dad bladder. The purpose of this study is to investigate the background factors of child abuse by biological father and what forms of child abuse which has done real father. This research is a qualitative research using case study method. In this study, subjects who were involved as much as 2 people penitentiary inmates Lowokwaru class I Malang. In collecting data, researchers used the interview method with the approach depth interviews to explore the questions of a subject as deep as possible in order to obtain the necessary data researchers. From the data collected and analyzed per subject be discussed to arrive at a conclusion. Research results revealed that there are several factors behind the occurrence of child abuse by the birth father is because the pattern of parenting is wrong, the subject's personality characteristics, the influence of alcohol and illicit drugs, provocation from the other party and the disappointment and dissatisfaction against a spouse . For other forms of ill-treatment is the biological father of physical abuse (pinching, hitting, punching), psychologically (scolding, threatening, and rebuke), socially (neglect of moral education, spiritual and neglect the welfare of children), and Sexual (genital stroking the child).
