- This study is a descriptive case study at the district Nganjuk with the title "Financial Performance Measurement Government Nganjuk Post Autonomy Using methods of Value For Money". The purpose of this study was to describe the district's financial performance Nganjuk. This research report discusses the budget calculation Nganjuk district from 2001-2004. The analysis tools for informed and Nganjuk district's financial performance is by using the Value For Money, which includes the ratio of Economy, Efficiency Ratio, Ratio Effectiveness. To complement this analysis is needed of other ratios such as: The ratio of Independence, the activity ratio, Debt Service Coverage Ratio and Growth Ratio. Calculation results show the independence ratio numbers are always rising. This shows the independence of local government funding. The ratio of activity indicates that the use of funds in 2001 is more widely used for routine expenditure ratio of 84%. While in 2004, more funds are used for development spending ratio is 74%. From the calculation of Debt Service Coverage Ratio indicates that the district government Nganjuk able to apply for loans because the ratio is more than 2.5. Growth ratio is less good because the ratio tends to decrease with the ratio calculation methods Results Value For Money as a whole can be said suadh economical, efficient and effective. This is indicated by the first, the economic ratio that indicates the number is less than 100% (economically). Both the efficiency ratio obtained result is less than 100% (efficient).
