- The vulnerability of Singapore as a Small State makes it is doing innovation in it’s economic in order to maintain the existence internationally. This effort bring a successness to Singapore so then this country could become one of New Industrialization State. Meanwhie, supported by the status as the member of ASEAN and the liberalisation of Commerce which happened nowadays, the tight emulation between states in world became tight and indirectly this thing bring negativity affects at Singapore social aspects. As actor of transnational merkantilism, Singapore have interest to protect its social aspects from free trade influence. To can work effective, hence Singapore invites states in regional area to join in ASEAN Economic Community ( AEC). Essentially, AEC has functions to create harmonization for the adjustment of domestic orders of Singapore that will be applied at member states. Thereby AEC is expected to be able to overcome social problems hit by impact of liberalisation influence.
