- This study aims to determine differences Stress Levels in School Teachers Extraordinary Viewed from Gender Roles. Job stress is a state of perceived pressure from the interaction between the individual with his environment and set of psychological and physiological demands are excessive. While gender roles are the role and nature of the feminine in women and masculine men as society's expectations a person should behave. The design of this research is quantitative comparative. The population of Extraordinary School Teachers in Malang some 45 teachers. While the sample technique used is total sampling, so the number of samples of this study are 45 teachers. For data collection techniques used 2 scales, ie the Working Stress Scale and the Sex Role Scale (BSRI) owned by Bem. The data obtained with instruments of Work Stress Scale has validity and reliability where Rhit> Rtabel (0254). Data collected from the subjects were 45 teachers, 19 were obtained with masculine gender roles, 26 of feminine gender role, with T test analysis of differences between masculine and feminine gender roles, the results of data analysis show that there are differences in levels of job stress is significant ( t = 3392; Sig <0010) at the Extraordinary School teacher in terms of gender roles, where teachers with feminine gender role (X = 222.96) had higher levels of job stress than teachers with masculine gender roles (X = 195.63).
