- PT. Autokorindo Pratama - Gresik is peripatetic company in the field of manufacture. PT. Autokorindo Pratama - Gresik produce made car velg pursuant to request of consumer like Velg Sf.5.50X16, Velg Sf.6.00X16, and Velg Sf.7.00X20. Problems which is facing by PT. Autokorindo Pratama - Gresik is to the number of supply or stocks which is high to be compared to the amount of requests of him. This matter which cause the expense of supply become excelsior. To overcome above problems, hence one of the alternative to through planning of raw material by using method of Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II). Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II) is information system of manufacturing formal and explicit integrating especial function in industry of manufacture like finance, marketing, and production. From data processing result with MRP II system, company can cost effective equal to Rp. 56.517.704,-. With cost saving, company of allocation can to other expense type without lessening the quality of itself product.
