  • This research is highlighting the relationship between the variables of research with the title "Analysis of Fundamental Factors Influence on Stock Prices On The Go Public Manufacturing Company in JSX." The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the independent variables (ROE, LR, Parliament, PBV, and PER) to the stock price, and to analyze variable where the dominant influence on stock prices manufacturing companies on the JSE. In this study, researchers took two hypotheses, namely: that the fundamental factors (ROE, Parliament, EPS, PBV, PER) is a variable that has a significant effect either jointly or partially to the stock price, and the variable is a variable PBV The dominant influence on stock prices. The analytical tool used to determine which variables that influence stock prices and variables where the dominant influence on stock prices is by using multiple linear regression analysis. From these two benchmarks are used to test the truth of the hypothesis first by using F test and t test The results of the analysis, then they will know where the dominant variables affect the share price which will be known truth that the second hypothesis. The result of calculation by means of linear regression analysis using the F test is to calculate the F value of 4.844 with a significance level of 0.001. While the results of the analysis using t test, it is known that the t table = 1.658 with a significant level of 10%. From the overall results using regression analysis, it is known that the five variables have an influence together to share price. While only partially Parliament variables that influence the stock price. Thus the second hypothesis in this study, only the first hypothesis can be proved that they were correct. Based on the conclusion, researchers may imply that investors invest and want to earn high profits should consider other factors that affect stock prices.
