- The research purpose were finding out variables consisted of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy related with patient’s satisfaction in district hospital of Donomulyo Malang Regency. Second, to find out which variable had the largest influence to patient’s satisfaction in district hospital of Donomulyo Malang Regency. The research could be an additional information for District Hospital of Donomulyo Malang Regency related with consumer (consumer satisfaction) to their health service according to patients response through service quality. Analytical tool used in this research was multiple linear regression using F test and t test. According to research and discussion, there could be concluded that direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy related to patient’s satisfaction in district hospital of Donomulyo Malang regency, and responsiveness variable has the largest influence to patient’s satisfaction in district hospital of Donomulyo Malang Regency.
