  • Every policy that leads to procedural justice in the organization will have an impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees so that it will help the organization to be more productive. Employees who feel fairness in their organizations, their attitudes and behavior will be affected. This study aims to determine the effect of procedural justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was 196 Convenience Sampling. The instruments in this study were procedural justice scale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of procedural justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Value of B = 0.247 with a value of p < 0,01. This shows that procedural justice has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Based on the results of the study, procedural justice contributed 7.3% to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
