- Education in Indonesia has a large role for the progress of the nation. In terms of building education in Indonesia, the government holds fast to goals of the Indonesia people as stated in the Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Every parent or student has a great desire in the world of education, especially in excellent schools. This desire is exploited by elements who legalize many ways to get rewarded. These particular individuals carry out illegal payments with relatively high cost and promise that prospective student can enter the school in a very easy way. Off course this practice of extortion has caused various negative impacts on the lives of indonesian people. Therefore, efforts are needed to eradicate the practice of illegal levies in a strict, integrated, effective, efficient manner so as to create a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of illegal livies
