- Veterans administrative offices and reserves is the executing element of the Veterans Administration Board and the TNI Reserve The Regional Military Command has the main duty of assisting Babinminvetcaddam in organizing, administering administration including recording, receiving, registering and screening of Veteran RI candidates and TNI reserves (Indonesian republic law of 2012). Manual data processing which is still widely used by government agencies reduces the efficiency of time and effort. To be able to manage the management of the files then required Management Information System. Management Information Systems in a simple understanding can be defined as a computer-based system that provides information to multiple users with similar needs.
